The CPA Blueprint provides this website, including all information, active learning software, practice questions, study guides, algorithms, and related services available from this site (collectively, the “Site”) to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Your agreement with us regarding compliance with these Terms of Service becomes effective immediately upon commencement of your use of this Site. We expressly reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time without prior notice to you. We currently provide active learning test preparation tools designed specifically for CPA candidates free of charge. You acknowledge and agree that the services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

We reserve the sole right to either modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Site, including any of its features, databases, or content, at any time, for any reason, with or without notice to you. We shall not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that augment or enhance the current services on this Site shall also be subject to these Terms of Service. You are responsible for providing, at your own expense, all equipment and internet access necessary to utilize our services.

3. Account Registration, Security, and Absolute Prohibitions

To access specific high-yield study tracks or modules, you must create a user account by completing our online registration form. You certify that all information provided (“Registration Data”) is true, accurate, current, and complete.

Strict Anti-Sharing Clause: Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You are completely and solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and username. You are absolutely prohibited from sharing, selling, renting, leasing, or transferring your account credentials to any other individual, group, or third party. > * Monitoring and Termination: We reserve the right to implement automated security tracking systems to monitor concurrent logins, geographical anomalies, and multi-device usage patterns. Any detected breach or suspected unauthorized sharing will result in the immediate, permanent termination of your account without warning, and we reserve the right to seek legal remedies for content exposure.

4. Intellectual Property, Copyright, and Absolute Content Protection

Ownership: All Content presented to you on this Site is the exclusive property of The CPA Blueprint and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.
Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational study.
Prohibited Acts: You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, harvest, modify, republish, upload, post, transmit, mirror, decompile, reverse-engineer, or distribute any Content from this Site in any form or by any means (including screenshots, sharing via cloud drives, or inputting our content into AI training models) without express prior written permission from us. THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM DATA LOSS.
THE MATERIAL WILL GUARANTEE A PASSING SCORE ON THE CPA EXAM. PASSING SCORES ARE DEPENDENT ENTIRELY ON THE INDIVIDUAL USER’S STUDY EFFORT, BACKGROUND, PREPARATION METHODS, LOGICAL CAPABILITIES, AND ACTUAL TESTING ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS. THE CPA BLUEPRINT ACCEPTS ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY FOR A USER’S FAILURE TO PASS ANY ACADEMIC, PROFESSIONAL, OR LICENSING EXAMINATION.

7. Absolute Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CPA BLUEPRINT, ITS FOUNDERS, OWNERS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, SYSTEM FAILURES, COMPUTER DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SITE.

This Site is controlled and operated from our offices within the State of Delaware, United States of America. By accessing this site, both you and We agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of laws principles, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this Site.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Delaware, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Any cause of action brought by you against us must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or be deemed forever waived and barred.
